To enable an A/V
package:
1. Log in to your MissingLink account.
2. Go to an existing event, or create a new event.
3. Click "Enable A/V package" on the right-hand sidebar on the main page of the event.
4. Monthly fees are pro-rated
for the first month you enable an A/V package.
UPLOAD: Quicktime files, MPEG files or Flash video. MissingLink automatically converts them to Flash video, with the option of providing an iTunes compatible download (not advised for sensitive content).
To disable an A/V
package:
1. Go to the event page and click on "Disable A/V" in the
sidebar on the right.
2. There are no refunds or pro-rating for the month
in which you disable an A/V package.
WARNING: All video and audio files associated with the
event will be deleted.
