						<h2>Breakout Team Name/Location</h2>
				</strong>
		</p>
  <p>This refers to groups of people or physical locations. For example,
a Team can be organized by association of the members: Finance Team,
HR Team, IT Team, etc.<br /><br />Or the Team can be designated by the physical location of their breakout group Table A, Table B, East Conference Room, etc.<strong><h2><strong><img src="../../../../../../Websites/missinglink/Images/ML-breakout-icons.jpg" /></strong></h2></strong></p><h2>Breakout Topic</h2>
  <p>This relates to the topic that is being discussed by a particular team at a particular point in the agenda. For example: Scenario Planing, Logistics, Marketing Plan, etc.</p>
  <p>You
should include all the topics that breakouts are focusing on in the
entire event. This will make assigning Team Members easier in the next
step.<strong><h2><strong><img style="width: 333px; height: 179px;" src="../../../../../../Websites/missinglink/Images/ML-breakouts.jpg" /></strong></h2></strong></p><h2>How to Set the Pattern</h2><p style="margin-left: 40px;">1.
